Work with me
Everything below starts the same way: you tell me what you are working on, and we see
whether I can be useful. No fixed menus — the formats bend to the problem, not the other
way around.
Founder and Product Strategy Advisory
- Who it’s for
- Founders, CEOs, and CPOs of companies building complex digital products.
- What you come with
- Choosing a product direction. Product strategy and prioritization. How to organize the product function. How to split responsibility between business, product, and engineering. A hard product decision you don’t want to make alone.
- What we do
- Regular working sessions, one on one. We take the real decisions in front of you and work them through: what to build, what not to build, who owns what. Between sessions you act; then we look at what reality answered.
- What you get
- Decisions made with full context, a sharper strategy, and a sparring partner who has run product companies himself.
- What it isn’t
- Motivational coaching, therapy, or outsourcing your judgment. The decisions stay yours.
- Next step
- Book a conversation and bring one real decision you are facing right now.
Product Discovery and Value Sprint
- Who it’s for
- Teams about to invest in building something new.
- What you come with
- An idea, a direction, or a mandate — before the requirements exist. Often: “we are about to hire a big team and want to be sure we know what we are building.”
- What we do
- A short, fixed-scope engagement. We define who the product is for, what problem it solves, and how to state its value concretely. We name the constraints, choose the hypotheses that matter, and design the cheapest way to test them.
- What you get
- A formulated problem and value, chosen hypotheses with a way to check them, and a solution ready to hand to a development team — yours or one I help you assemble.
- What it isn’t
- A hundred-page research deck, or a guarantee your idea is good. If discovery kills the idea cheaply — that is a success, not a failure.
- Next step
- Tell me what you are considering building; we’ll see if a sprint fits.
Human–AI Product and Workflow Design
- Who it’s for
- Product teams that want AI to actually pay off — in the product or in how the team works.
- What you come with
- “We should use AI somehow” pressure from the board. A concrete AI feature idea. A workflow that looks like it could be partly delegated to machines.
- What we do
- Find where AI creates measurable value in your case. Design the split of work between people and machines: what AI does, what a human checks, where responsibility sits. Define quality criteria before anything ships. Prototype the workflow or the feature.
- What you get
- An AI use case with defined quality criteria, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and responsibility boundaries — designed, not just imagined.
- What it isn’t
- “AI transformation” slideware. Magic that works without data and without a definition of good output.
- Next step
- Bring the workflow or the feature idea; we’ll find where the value actually is.
Team Workshops
- Formats to start with
- Management as a Game · How to Formulate Product Value · Designing Human–AI Collaboration · Delegating Responsibility · Product Prioritization.
- What we do
- A working session built on your team’s real material — your product, your decisions, your conflicts — not a lecture with someone else’s examples.
- What you get
- A shared language inside the team and a method practiced on your own case, so it survives the workshop.
- Next step
- Tell me which topic is hurting; we’ll shape the session around it.
Speaking
- Topics
- Product strategy · experience design · game design as a management tool · organizational systems · human–AI collaboration.
- Formats
- Conference talks, podcasts, panel discussions, private company events — in English or Russian.
- Recordings
- English recordings are being collected for this page. Meanwhile — ask, and I will share references.
- Next step
- Write me with the event, the audience, and the dates.
When I am probably not the right person
- You need an executor to implement a fixed spec exactly as written.
- You want more features shipped, and the only open question is speed.
- You are looking for someone to confirm a decision that is already made.
- The team is not ready to put its real constraints on the table.
- You expect AI to be magic that works without data and without quality criteria.
No hard feelings either way — some of these are perfectly good needs. They are just not
what I am good at.
Fees and formats
I don’t publish fixed prices: engagements differ too much in scope and depth. Formats,
duration, and fees — in conversation, once we both understand the problem.
If the project needs a full team
I help you understand what to build and how to organize the work. When the project needs
a full product team — design, engineering, marketing — I can bring in
JetStyle, the company I run.
Advisory never requires it; it is there when it genuinely fits.
